Como Yn está en un nivel más avanzado, le pedí que hiciera una tabla con los nombres de los objetos, una columna para su predicciones antes del experimento y otra columna para sus observaciones del experimento. Busqué 18 objetos: 9 que flotan y 9 que se hunden. Y el experimento lo hizo él solo con mi supervisión. De los 18, falló 2 predicciones. Considero que le fue muy bien. Mañana o el lunes estará trabajando en sus conclusiones. Les mantendré informados. Olvidé mencionar que el experimento consiste en colocar los objetos uno a uno en el agua, siendo muy cuidadoso al hacerlo, para observar si flota o se hunde.

I had my 2 kids in mind when I prepared this presentation/experiment. But Ym had just taken his nap and wasn't feeling too scientist. We'll try some other time.
Since Yn is in the elementary level, I asked him to draw a table to write down the objects, and 2 columns; one for his predictions and the other for his observations. I gathered 18 objects: 9 that float and 9 that sink. Then, he did the experiment all by himself with my supervision. 2 out of 18 of his predictions failed. I think he did pretty good. He'll be working on his conclusions tomorrow or Monday. I'll keep you posted.
I forgot to mention that the experiment constists of gently dropping each object one by one into the water to observe if it floats or sinks.
