Torre Rosada y Escalera Marrón/Pink Tower and Brown Stairs

Este fue el día que le presenté la Torre Rosada a Ym. Fue hace un mes {mayo 2010}. Yo estaba bién emocionada porque este material fue hecho en casa y porque fue un regalo sorpresa para Ym.
***This was the day I presented the Pink Tower to Ym about a month ago {May 2010}. I was so excited as this was not only a handmade material but also a surprise gift to Ym.












Ese día hicimos una extensión usando unos moldes de papel de construcción rosa. Los moldes los hize trazando los mismos cubos sobre el papel. Hay una idea parecida en el blog What DID we do all day? Espero poder copiar sus patrones en un futuro.
***We did an extension this same day using pink cardstock templates. I did the templates by tracing the pink cubes onto the cardstock. I saw a similiar idea over What DID we do all day? blog. Hopefully, I will borrow her patterns in the future.




































































HOY me llevé la sorpresa de ver a Ym trabajando con la Torre Rosada NUEVAMENTE. Desde el día de la presentación no la había usado más.
Cuál fue su motivación? Presentarle la Escalera Marrón! Ya Raquel me lo había advertido. Leí como tres veces la presentación antes de hacerla y después de tanta preparación Ym casi me empujó de la alfombra para formar la escalera. No tuve que hacer NADA. Luego lo invité a traer la Torre Rosada, y sin darle instrucciones, dejé que juntos inventaran sus propias extensiones. De verdad que DISFRUTARON MUCHISIMO!!! MIL GRACIAS Joanna y Raquel por ser tan generosas!
***I was suprised TODAY by watching Ym work with the Pink Tower AGAIN. He hadn't used it since the day I presented it to him. Where did he get the motivation? From the Brown Stairs that I presented today! My friend Raquel had already advised that this could happen. So, I read the presentation about 3 times before we began just to almost get kicked out of the rug by Ym so he could put the stair together. I did NOTHING as a "teacher". Then, I invited him to bring the Pink Tower, and without giving any instructions, I let them make up their own extensions. They seriously had a GREAT TIME!!! MANY THANKS to Joanna and Raquel for their generosity!
